What is Included

- 2 full hours coaching

- BSA, RNLI and CRB checked instructors

- All equipment
 

Equipment includes full length wetsuit and boots (depending on time of year) and a soft foam surfboard.

 
What You Need To Bring

Swimming kit (don't forget your towel!)

Suncream

Old trainers or flip flops for walking down to the beach over pebbles (optional)

If you're doing the full day then we suggest that you bring some lunch, although we are normally near a pasty shop!

 
Timings

Morning Session        10.00 - 12:30  - Practical surf lesson
Lunch                           13.00 - 14.00
Afternoon Session     14.00 - 16.30   - Practical surf lesson
